Richard Jue, Ted Hunter, and Arnold Delgado

LOS ANGELES, April 17, 2017 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today the strategic hire of real estate appraisal professionals Richard Jue, Ted Hunter, and Arnulfo “Arnold” Delgado. The team joins Cushman & Wakefield’s rapidly expanding West Coast Valuation & Advisory platform and will be based out of the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office.

Richard Jue will serve as a Senior Director of Valuation & Advisory. With nearly 40 years of experience in the appraisal profession, Mr. Jue’s practice has covered a wide range of properties including office, industrial, apartment, and retail for lenders, institutional investors, developers, real estate investment firms, law firms, and estates. He holds SRA and MAI designations from the Appraisal Institute and taught at the institute for eight years as an approved instructor. Mr. Jue joins Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers International, where he most recently served as Senior Valuation Services Director.

Ted Hunter joins Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate Director of Valuation & Advisory. Mr. Hunter is an Affiliate Member of the Appraisal Institute and has two years of experience working with Richard Jue on office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties. Prior to his career in real estate valuation, Mr. Hunter spent ten years as a paralegal in a legal malpractice firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. He most recently served as a Valuation Analyst at Colliers International.

Arnold Delgado joins Cushman & Wakefield as an Appraiser in Valuation & Advisory. Mr. Delgado, an Affiliate Member of the Appraisal Institute, has over three years of appraisal experience in a variety of property types including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial. His prior experience includes real estate development, land acquisitions, and asset management. Mr. Delgado began his career in the City of Baldwin Park’s Planning Division where he interpreted local zoning. He most recently served as a Valuation Associate at Colliers International.

Mr. Jue, Mr. Hunter, and Mr. Delgado join the recent West Region additions in Valuation & Advisory of Steve Henry, MAI, Melissa Lofing, MAI, and Nancy Welsh, MAI, MRICS in Orange County, San Diego, and San Francisco, respectively.
