Retail Brokerage Team Joins Cushman & Wakefield in the Inland Empire

ONTARIO, CA, April 1, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that brokerage professionals Jay Nichols and John Jennings have joined the firm’s Ontario, Calif. office, where they will specialize in retail tenant representation and leasing. Mr. Nichols joins as Senior Director and Mr. Jennings as Associate.

Prior to joining the firm, Jay Nichols was as Vice President at Lee & Associates in Riverside. He was part of a team with over 30 years of experience in leasing shopping centers and serving as a strategic advisor to retail clients in the Inland Empire. Prior to brokerage, Mr. Nichols worked as a project manager for CW Capital Partners, a multi-family developer in Austin, TX.

John Jennings, formerly an Associate at Lee & Associates, was previously a member of Mr. Nichols’ team and will continue to work with him at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on retail brokerage and advisory services. He is experienced in managing mixed-use buildings and comes with a background as a Business Analyst, handling financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis of portfolio investments. He also previously worked as an Intern at Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego.

The team provides comprehensive, integrated, and innovative real estate services to their retail clients and has completed in excess of 250 transactions throughout California, including Magnolia Tyler Center in Riverside (1.1 million sf); Towngate Center in Moreno Valley (900k sf); and Perris Crossing in Perris (500k sf). Select clients include LAF, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Home Depot, Jiffy Lube, O’Reilly Auto Parts, L.A. Fitness, Dickeys BBQ, and Firehouse Subs.
