IRVINE, CA, April 3, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield welcomes brokerage professionals Mark Bridge, CJ Arehart, Gary Gong, and Amanda Fitzpatrick, one of the preeminent Capital Markets teams specializing in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily investments in Orange County and Southern California.
Mark Bridge joins Cushman & Wakefield as Managing Director, an industry veteran with over 17 years of commercial real estate experience in multifamily. Mr. Bridge has led the sale efforts of more than 180 multifamily properties with an aggregate value in excess of $750 million. He leads his team in offering real estate cycle analysis, portfolio analysis, acquisition and disposition advice, 1031 exchange scenarios, and real-time market information.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bridge was First Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap, where he also served as Director of the National Multi Housing Group. He is a member of the Realty Investment Association of California, the Apartment Association of Orange County, and the National Apartment Association.

CJ Arehart and Gary Gong, who previously worked with Mr. Bridge at Marcus & Millichap, join Cushman & Wakefield as Associates, while Amanda joins as a Brokerage Coordinator. They will continue to work together as part of the firm’s Multifamily Advisory Group, providing investment advice, transaction execution, market information and investment services to owners and investors engaged in buying, selling, investing in, financing and developing multifamily real estate.
Mr. Bridge, Mr. Arehart, Mr. Gong, and Ms. Fitzpatrick will be based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Irvine office.
The Bridge team was involved in many prominent multifamily transactions in the past few years, including the sale of a four-property, 214-unit multifamily portfolio in Santa Ana (214 units, $42.4 million); Park Town Apartments in Santa Ana (19 units, $5.95M); La Jolla Apartments, a brand new construction in Placentia ($10 units, $5.005M); and Las Brisas Apartments in Vista (22 units, $4.75M).
