LOS ANGELES, August 21, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Luminaire, a multi-brand home furnishings showroom, has signed a lease at 8840 Beverly Blvd. in West Hollywood, Calif.
The tenant will occupy the two-story, approximately 21,000-square-foot retail space to serve as their first West Coast showroom opening in October. Carine Mamann and Kazuko Morgan from Cushman & Wakefield represented landlord Crown Equity, a real estate investment, development, and management company founded by Michael Shabani who owns several high-end retail buildings in the surrounding area.

8840 Beverly Blvd. features 127 feet of frontage on Beverly just off Robertson Boulevard in the heart of West Hollywood. While originally built in 1958, the property was renovated into a sleek glass construction allowing an abundance of natural light into the interior as well as a facade comprised of chrome rings. It offers private parking in the back of the building.
The property is the former site of Antiquarius Jewelry Mart, a historic two-story shopping plaza known for jewelry and antiques.
