LOS ANGELES, September 19, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Cole has been promoted to Vice Chair in the company’s Capital Markets Group.
Jeff Cole, a veteran Capital Markets broker based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Orange County office, is one of the most accomplished investment sales professionals in Southern California and has been consistently recognized as one of the firm’s top producers.
Mr. Cole joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007. Over the course of his career, he has represented over 85 million square feet of commercial, office, and industrial space and executed over 260 sales transactions with a total consideration in excess of $9.7 billion. He has been involved in many of the most high-profile investment sales transactions in Orange County and Southern California, involving a wide range of investor types such as REITS, institutional investors, and private high-net worth individuals. Notable recent transactions include Google Center in Irvine ($260 million), Rancho Pacific Park in Rancho Dominguez ($210.5 million), and 4100 Newport Place in Newport Beach ($75.6 million).
