Cushman & Wakefield in Orange County recently held their Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive with this year’s donations benefiting South County Outreach, a local organization providing food, shelter, and skills training to low-income individuals and families in crisis in South Orange County. Employees at the Irvine office celebrated the holiday together over lunch and collected 454 lbs of Thanksgiving-themed canned and dry goods to donate to the non-profit.
“Today we are thankful for family, friends, and colleagues,” said Jim McFadden, Managing Principal for Orange County and LA South Bay. “We are celebrating the season together—and spreading the spirit of Thanksgiving to others. There are over 400,000 people in Orange County who struggle with hunger. We are proud to work with South County Outreach to help the community.”
South County Outreach has distributed over 1 million lbs of non-perishable and fresh food through their food pantry program to local residents in need.
