IRVINE, CA, JANUARY 10, 2020 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Western States Technologies, Inc. has leased a 26,000-square-foot industrial/flex space in San Clemente, California.
STARC, a manufacturer of carbon fiber components, signed an eight-year lease for 1041 Calle Trepadora in a deal valued at $3.5 million.
Don Yahn and Brett Swartzbaugh with Cushman & Wakefield’s Irvine office represented Western States Technologies, Inc. in the transaction, with Byron Foss and Stefan Morris from JLL’s Irvine office representing STARC.
The Calle Trepadora industrial space will provide grade level and dock-high loading with 18’ clear height for STARC.
