Justin Collins joins the firm as Executive Director
LOS ANGELES, June 20, 2017 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that industry veteran Justin Collins has joined the firm as Executive Director. Mr. Collins, one of the top commercial office leasing brokers in Downtown Los Angeles, will be based out of Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown LA office.
In his role as Executive Director, Justin Collins will continue to represent owners, investors, developers, and occupiers throughout Southern California.

With over 17 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Collins has led the leasing efforts for over 9 million square feet of office listings for some of the most prominent high-rise developments in Downtown Los Angeles including ARCO Plaza (now City National Plaza), Aon Center, Wedbush Center, Figueroa Tower, 915 Wilshire, 800 Wilshire, and 811 Wilshire.
Additionally, Mr. Collins was actively involved with the leasing effort for Lincoln Property Company’s 15-acre creative office campus Horizon at Playa Vista (now The Bluffs at Playa Vista) where Fox Interactive Media leased over 420,000 square feet of office space for their corporate headquarters. Notable clients throughout his career have included Beacon Capital Partners, Illinois STRS, ASB Capital Management, Angelo, Gordon & Co., Brickman, and Jamison Services.
