Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Nick DiPaolo to Lead Brokerage Practice in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, November 19, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) announced today that Nick DiPaolo has been named Market Director of Brokerage for Greater Los Angeles. He will lead the firm’s brokerage efforts in Downtown Los Angeles, El Segundo, Long Beach, and in partnership with Eric Olofson in West Los Angeles, overseeing all brokerage lines for the four offices.

Mr. DiPaolo will be based in Downtown LA, to deploy his responsibilities as Brokerage Director.

Nick DiPaolo previously served a similar role in San Diego. He oversaw all brokerage professionals in the San Diego and Baja California regions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, Mr. DiPaolo worked at CBRE as an occupier/tenant representation broker. He possesses over 12 years of experience in office property brokerage, tenant services, agency leasing, and investments.
