LOS ANGELES, CA., June 11, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by Ivanhoe Cambridge and Callahan Capital Properties as the exclusive office and retail leasing firm for PacMutual – a 446,023 RSF creative-campus of three interconnected buildings: Sentry Building (1922), Clock Building (1908), and Carriage House (1927) located at 523 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90014 in the Central Business District of Downtown Los Angeles.
PacMutual – which has become the preeminent creative-office campus in Downtown Los Angeles is designated by the United States and the City of Los Angeles as a Historic-Cultural Monument.
Cushman & Wakefield’s John Eichler, Andrew Tashjian, Pete Collins, and Tyler Stark will represent the Landlord in the office leasing; Matthew Fainchtein and Carter Magnin will represent the Landlord in the retail leasing.
Existing office tenants include athletic apparel company K-Swiss, visual arts production company, Magnopus, software developer, Red Hat Inc. and NBBJ Architecture; retail tenants include Water Grill, Tender Greens, Le Pain Quotidien, Pitchoun and (coming soon) Veggie Grill.
The Landlord has recently completed deluxe tenant-only amenities including a 7,000 square-foot fitness center, multiple conferencing facilities, a lounge/salon, and a bike storage room.
