BE Fit Modern Pilates Studio Signs Lease at Costa Mesa’s 3420

Cushman & Wakefield Represents Landlord South Coast Plaza


IRVINE CA, September 10, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that BE Fit Modern Pilates, an innovative Pilates concept with multiple locations throughout Southern California, has signed a lease for a new studio in Costa Mesa, CA.

BE Fit Modern Pilates will occupy 1,200 square feet (sf) on the ground floor at “3420,” a seven-story, 66,835-sf mixed-use building located at the corner of Bristol Street and Sunflower Avenue across the street from South Coast Plaza. The studio joins retail tenants Philz Coffee and the upcoming farm-to-table eatery Outpost Kitchen.

Brokerage professionals Jennifer Pelino, Brian Booth, Rick Kaplan, and Robert Lambert from Cushman & Wakefield’s Irvine office serve as the property’s exclusive leasing agents and represented the landlord South Coast Plaza in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Jamie Rogers from CBRE.

Located in the heart of Costa Mesa’s South Coast Plaza district at one of the highest profile intersections in Orange County, 3420 is within walking distance to the Segerstrom Center for the Arts.

Over the past year, the building has been transformed by the landlord into a modern, mixed-use workplace and lifestyle destination enhanced by retail offerings and outdoor amenities that both tenants and guests can enjoy. South Coast Plaza partnered with award-winning architecture firm Shubin Donaldson to reposition the asset with extensive interior and exterior renovations including a new outer shell, ample outdoor patio space, revitalized landscaping, and a fully refurbished lobby.

TechSpace, the nation’s premier shared office space and coworking provider, is a key tenant and occupies two full floors.
